give it away so easily. I have known a few people who have been affected in such a way. But, I was able to help them. They both confided in me their hurt and their struggle with suicide. They were crying for help. I was able to get that help for them. You can do the same. By sharing love and kindness with those you encounter every day, you can change someone’s life. If you or someone you know is struggling, help them, or tell someone. Seek out help. Simply by telling a friend, teacher, parent, the right help can be found. Write Love on your arms today and make a pledge this week to bring awareness to suicide victims.
