I found this workout on Pinterest the other day and wanted to give it a try. I mad it to about the ten minute mark before I I changed the incline. I did five minutes of free style time and speed after on the treadmill and then did five minutes on the elliptical. I was hoping to finish the thirty minutes, but I know IRS going to take time to build up strength and endurance. Here’s the second half of the workout:
