This just in! Young adult, Shannon, finds that with the lack of school work she does not know what to do with herself!
Shannon has been suffering from severe boredom the past week or so. It is unclear if this is contagious. However, if you or a loved one experience over sleeping just to have
something to do, mindlessly wandering the house, staring off into space for hours on end, or watching crappy TV and finding it amusing, seek help immediately. Once these symptoms are experienced, there is no going back, according to Shannon.
In an interview with the recently recovered college student, she shares that, “You just don’t know what comes over you. One moment, you are having a busy work week, counting down the hours until the weekend arrives and you have some freedom from the usual grind, and then bam! You’re sitting in your room, almost wishing you had homework to do. That is the real scare.”
When questioned about how she recovered from this dreaded experience, Shannon shared that she was fortunate enough to have a man “who cares for her and rescues his damsel in distress,” as quoted.
Shannon received her help from her knight in shining armor Sunday evening once he was disengaged from his work schedule. She was recovered by watching the NBA finals and Game of Thrones, while enjoying some time with her favorite.
“My only advice is to find help fast! Otherwise, you will be surprised to find that you won’t be able to sleep at night after all those naps you take during the day to try to regress the boredom.”
