Prayer II

http://bible.us/59/PSA103.2.ESV Bless the Lord , O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases,

I came across these verses tonight in my quiet time. Remembering that today was the National Day of Prayer, it made me reflect on what prayer is. Yes, we pray and seek God for help, but prayer is so much more. It is thanksgiving to the Lord for all the good He has done and has blessed us with. And even more, it is a conversation. You can say anything to God, anything at all. He will always listen. Take time to reflect on your prayer life as you consider National Prayer Day. Can it be improved? I know mine can.
