So, the other day I bought a resistance band, in the hopes of being motivated to work out more at home after I get off work and am too tired or have to much to do before the end of the night to make it to the gym. The pictures and diagrams make it look pretty simple. But when I actually tried, I could barely even lift the thing past my shoulders! Goodness! Either this thing was made for shorter people or I’m weak….I’m going with the former….
